Refunds & Returns
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This site sells nothing. Refunds and returns are handled by the seller, where the purchase takes place.
The 60 day money back guarantee
The seller states on its own site that every order is backed by a 60 day money back guarantee, according to its published policy.
Read this carefully: that guarantee is a commercial promise made by the seller, not a right granted by law. It applies on the seller's terms, it is administered by the seller, and the seller can change it without this page being updated.
Before you buy, read the guarantee in the seller's own checkout: how the 60 days are counted, what condition the product must be in, whether opened bottles are covered, and who pays return postage. Those details are the seller's to set, and they are the ones that will apply to you.
How to start a return
- Contact the seller within the window it states — in writing is safest, so you have a record.
- Use the form or email address from your order confirmation and from the seller's site.
- Ask for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
- Keep the tracking receipt for the return.
Never ship a return without contacting the seller first. A parcel that arrives with no reference number can be hard to match to your order.
United States: no general cooling off period
There is no federal law in the United States that gives a general right to cancel an online purchase after the fact. The FTC's "cooling off" rule covers sales made at your home or at temporary locations, not ordinary online orders. Some states add their own rules, and some card issuers offer a chargeback route. In practice, what protects you here is the seller's own guarantee — which is why it is worth reading before you buy.
If something goes wrong
- Contact the seller first, in writing, and keep the correspondence.
- If the seller does not respond, you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov), with your state attorney general's office, or with the Better Business Bureau.
- You can also dispute the charge with the card issuer or payment provider you used.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds, because the purchase does not happen with us. We are glad to point you to the right contact — see Contact.
